offerings while we’re building out, when there may be limited [concessions]. It will be outside at the front of the terminal, and everything will be packaged in a travel-friendly way. WARD: Will that be temporary, just until the new terminal expansion is completed, or will food trucks be a permanent addition? THOMPSON: It’s expected to be temporary. One thing it will do is begin to help inform us a little better on the Mexican concept restaurant that we’re going to be building in the expansion. We will see what menu items people like to purchase and be able to better prepare the menu based upon that information.
