At SSP America our leaders can be found living our PASSION Principles ™ on the cookline making fried chicken, waffles, and burgers and at the dishwashing sink. They stand proudly at the host stand and register or haul kegs and unload boxes. They work tirelessly in the office, serving a restaurant full of travelers or behind the bar mixing cocktails and pouring a beer or glass of wine. We salute our leaders across the company for the contributions they make each day. We recognize the hard work and long hours, dedication, and perseverance. Because when it comes right down to it, we believe leadership is not about titles, but about a willingness to serve, inspire, and connect.
