Today, we are proud to highlight 15 incredibly talented female leaders at OTG who are paving the way for future female leaders in the airport industry.

THE WOMEN OF OTG At OTG, we believe that empowering women as leaders and decision-makers not only benefits us but allows us to serve an increasingly diverse customer base. Serving as inspiration helps us attract and retain talented women which is especially important as more women join the labor force worldwide. Our female leaders span a variety of industries at OTG including Culinary, Tech, Marketing, HR, Creative, New Business Development, DEI, Markets and more. Investing in talented women with different backgrounds bring in a variety of new ideas and experiences which leads to better problem-solving. At OTG, we find an immense amount of value in diversity. Diverse viewpoints and experiences play a significant role in fostering innovation since varied perspectives lead to better decision-making. Over the last few years, OTG has continuously rolled out programs to give women the opportunity to grow and expand as leaders. Women need role models and our female leaders at OTG understand the importance of inspiring others to achieve through mentorship and prioritizing both personal and professional development. “Female leadership matters and as we continue to rapidly expand our OTG presence, it’s a necessity that we have women in leadership roles across all our divisions. Women see the world through a lens of opportunity. Women are resourceful, action-focused, authentic and engage in strategic thinking.
