ALEXIS HIGGINS CEO TULSA AIRPORTS IMPROVEMENT TRUST
Alexis Higgins was named chief executive officer of Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust, the operating
entity for Tulsa International Airport and Tulsa Riverside Airport, in March 2019. She oversees the administration, operation, and development of both airports and their combined 5200+ acre campuses. Higgins has served the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust in various capacities since 2000. She currently serves as president of the Oklahoma Airport Operators Association and is a board member of Airports Council International – North America.
TRACY HARRIS VP CONCESSIONS GREATER ORLANDO AVIATION AUTHORITY
Tracy Harris is vice president of concessions for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, responsible for
implementing strategies to increase non-aeronautical revenue and enhance the guest experience at Orlando International Airport. Harris leads and directs the planning, procurement and oversight efforts for all food and beverage, retail, service, and rental car concessions at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
DAWN HUNTER DIRECTOR OF AVIATION COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT SEATTLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Dawn Hunter is director of aviation commercial management for Seattle International Airport (SEA),
responsible for implementing and executing a strategic plan to drive sustained business development at the airport, including airport dining and retail, rental cars, parking and ground transportation. Hunter joined SEA in 2017 as senior manager of airport dining and retail. Prior to that, she was a senior concessions executive at Los Angeles World Airports.

Stephen Hay is global head of strategy for Airport Dimensions, responsible for developing the
transformation of the airport and lounge experience for both Airport Dimensions and its airport clients and partners. Hay is a global leader in travel loyalty with a more than 20-year track record, including the design and development of Cathay Pacific’s successful Asia Miles program. He has also worked with leading airports, hotels and airlines on digital and loyalty consultancy projects, including brands such as Emirates, Mandarin Oriental and Changi Airport.
DEVEN JUDD VP AND CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG AIRPORT DISTRICT
Deven Judd is vice president and chief commercial officer for the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport
District, responsible for implementing short and long-term strategies to maximize aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues and enhancing the customer experience. He leads and directs the business initiatives related to all airport revenue areas, which include airport concessions, rental cars, public parking, ground transportation, commercial properties/real estate development, airline leases, and special projects. Judd has held positions at several U.S. airports, most recently with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, which operates both Reagan National and Dulles International Airports, as the director of concessions.
NADINE HEUBEL SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR, TRAVEL RETAIL NORTH AMERICA & GLOBAL WHOLESALE NEWMARK Nadine Heubel is senior managing director –
travel retail North America & global wholesale for Newmark, responsible for establishing the world’s most sought-after luxury brands in the North American travel retail market and for converting more travelers into customer. A veteran retail executive with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Heubel began her career at Hugo Boss and eventually became the company’s global head of travel retail. She later served as CEO of Heinemann Americas, Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of international duty-free leader Gebr. Heinemann, where she secured contracts with some of the world’s largest cruise lines.
KATHERINE LAM PRESIDENT AND CEO BAMBUZA HOSPITALITY GROUP
Katherine Lam is president and CEO of Bambuza Hospitality Group, an ACDBE-certified travel retail
and restaurant specialist founded in 2003 which now boasts a portfolio of 13 restaurant and retail locations. Lam also serves as commissioner for the Port of Portland. A first-generation Vietnamese-American entrepreneur, Lam specializes in mentoring and building pipelines for small business to participate at the institutional level.
