Jeff Livney is a co-founder and the chief experience officer at Servy, which launched in 2014 as an

airport digital commerce app called Grab. He oversees commercial partnerships and business development as well as product development, operations and guest experience. Livney’s vision of technology as part of hospitality has led to the evolution of the company, which now is called Servy, and provides much more than simply the ability to grab food on the go at the airport. Through Livney’s leadership, Servy has branched into all areas of hospitality and developed the omni-channel line of guest-facing digital products that they have today.

Cheryl Nashir is responsible for planning, leasing and managing a concessions program that generates more than $1 billion per year in sales and contributes more than $200 million in rent annually to SFO. Nashir is a veteran in the industry with more than 35 years of experience at airports including Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Before joining SEA, Lyttle was chief operating officer for Houston Airport System and assistant general manager at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). A growth-oriented executive, he has led strategic development efforts of $5 billion at Houston airports, and played a key role in the $6 billion development in Atlanta.

Prior to joining the Des Moines Airport Authority, Mulcahy held management positions in auditing, financial accounting, and operations within the insurance industry.

focus on strengthening the company’s Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) relationships with airports and operators and creating new and expanded procurement opportunities between OTG and local minority businesses. She previously served as vice president global retail brand development for OTG. Prior to OTG, Myers held senior positions with Stellar and HMSHost and managed large real estate projects. She was also a legislative aide in the Georgia House of Representatives.

Charlene Reynolds serves as the director of John Wayne Airport (SNA), a medium hub commercial

service airport, where she is responsible for managing all activities related to the airport’s operation. She is responsible for business development, finance, maintenance, operations and public affairs. Reynolds formerly held the position of chief commercial officer for the Houston Airport System, where she managed the airport system’s revenue-generating entities. Prior to that, she served as assistant aviation director – business planning for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
