The brand has expanded to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and is actively pursuing an even larger footprint. Conference attendees were able to experience some of the Chicken+Beer fare firsthand, thanks to Culinary Director Todd Richards and his team, who prepared samples for the crowd. Extending The Party In a typical year, the AX Experience Hall is open for just 90 minutes on opening night. But this year, Paradies Lagardère knew AXC’s Opening Night Reception was going to be so much fun that they decided to extend the party. Paradies Lagardère enlivened the evening with their “On The Rocks” after party that featured the talented rock violinist George Hunter, Chefs Patrick and Gee’s short ribs sampler, rock candy cocktail stirrers, and delicious “boozy” milkshakes. They also celebrated the culmination of Black History Month by serving special wines by black-owned vintners, highlighted by Intercept Wines by NFL Hall of Famer. Charles Woodson.
